Redefine what?

Our mission is to redefine small business marketing

Marketing has been driven by data since the beginning. While the data provides useful info, and has been effective for millions of businesses over the last 150 years or so, the way people make purchase decisions is changing.

Data-based marketing doesn't take into account that we humans are irrational creatures who make decisions based on emotions. Our consumer psychology-based approach to marketing takes a deeper look at who your customers are and what they really want.

We're redefining how women, BIPOC, and other underestimated entrepreurs approach marketing their tiny businesses so they have the time and financial means to do other important things.

We're kind of a unicorn, putting the human ahead of the data. This approach feels a lot more intuitive for small business owners, who actually interact with their customers. It also gives our clients a distinct edge over similar local businesses.

We areĀ a tiny team of two bad-ass women

Between the 2 of us, we've got a Masters in Sports Marketing, a Bachelors in Marketing & in Advertising, plus decades of experience teaching and doing techy computer stuff.

And we are very different

from other marketing folks out there, leaning into the impossible challenges we have taken on and conquered:

Both of us have ADHD which means that we are exceptionally creative and are highly skilled at finding workarounds that save time and money.

We are also survivors of domestic violence (DV), which means that we are not afraid to make difficult decisions and to do very hard things.

Being DV Survivors with ADHD also means that we understand how much negative messaging from others can mess with one's head - including self worth and self confidence.

We truly understand what it's like

to not be taken seriously & to fight an uphill battle every day. But because of that, we have learned how to make our biggest goals happen without any savings or external financial help.

Lucky you!

We are passionate about lifting up as many other entrepreneurs as possible by making our knowledge and resources accessible to tiny businesses with big goals.

Hot Dang!

I thought my Google profile was fine but I saw several places that needed improvement. The changes were really easy and it only took about an hour to do it all. I'm already noticing a nice bump in traffic.
